People v. Marcus Charles Wright

Mr. Gary L. Chambon:

I am writing to inform you that I just received an E-MAil from Ms. Nancy Reinke, CSR-4961, Official Court Reporter for the Hon. Rosemarie E. Aquilina. Ms. Reinke advised me that she was "the court reporter who had taken the 10-19-21 hearing re Marcus Wright in front of Judge Neithercut. I was just informed that you needed this transcript. I will get it to you ASAP."

In light of the foregoing, it appears that the Motion to Show Cause Why Court Reporter Should Not Be Held in Contempt that I filed on May 5, 2022, shall not be required.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact my office. Thank you.

Very truly yours, John W. Ujlaky
