ORDER

Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The "motion for leave to file supplemental brief" is treated as a motion to file an amended brief and is GRANTED. The brief received on March 8, 2024 with the motion is accepted for filing as appellant's brief on appeal. The brief filed on February 27, 2024 is considered withdrawn. The time for filing the prosecution's brief on appeal shall begin to run pursuant to MCR 7.212(A)(2)(a)(ii) from the date of the Clerk's certification of this order.
