On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the November 5, 1998 decision of the Court of Appeals and the defendant's motions for peremptory reversal, to remand, to appoint counsel and to reverse are considered. The application for leave to appeal is DENIED because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D). The defendant's various motions are also DENIED.
