[Modification of opinion (3 Cal.App.5th 739, ___ Cal.Rptr.3d ___), upon denial of rehearing.]
The petition for rehearing is denied. The opinion filed in this matter on September 28, 2016, is hereby modified, as follows:
1. On page 37, the first full paragraph under the subtitle, a. Windfield's Sentence as Cruel and Unusual [3 Cal.App.5th 764, 1st par. under heading 5, line 2], the word concurrently should be replaced with the word consecutive.
Except for this modification, the opinion remains unchanged. This modification does not change the judgment.
