ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on December 22, 2009, be modified as follows:

On page 29, the sentence under the heading “Disposition” is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted in its place:

That portion of the judgment finding defendant sane at the time of the offense is reversed, and the matter is remanded for new trial limited to the issue of defendant’s sanity at the time he committed the offense. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.

There is no change in the judgment.
