Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Garryl Willis, case No. 1–12–1500 (05/31/12) (Cir.Ct. No. 06–CR–745), denying defendant's motion for leave to file a late notice of appeal. The appellate court is further directed to allow the motion for leave to file a late notice of appeal, and to decide the matter on its merits.
