ORDER
Elizabeth L. Gieicher, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to order transcripts is GRANTED to September 21, 2021. Defendant-appellant must file a stenographer's certificate for the January 30, 2020, transcript of the off-the-record proceedings within 14 days of this order.
Appellant's brief shall be timed from the timely filing of the January 30, 2020, transcript of the off-the-record proceedings. MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii).
