Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the judgments of Livingston County Court, rendered February 7, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Charles J. Greenberg, Esq. dated September 14, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 19, 2017 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date September 18, 2017 and inserting in place thereof the date January 16, 2018.
