Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Timothy P. Murphy, Esq. dated November 7, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 19, 2011 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date November 14, 2011 and inserting in place thereof the date January 23, 2012.
