Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and publicly censured Rufus O. Wilderson (Attorney Registration No. 14361) effective October 21, 2009. On July 9, 2008, Respondent entered a plea of guilty to harassment, in violation of C.R.S. § 18-9-111(1)(a), a class 3 misdemeanor, following an incident involving his wife on July 6, 2007. He thereafter failed to report his conviction to the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. His misconduct therefore constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b) and C.R.C.P. 251.5(b).
