Respondent having moved to expedite the appeal taken from an order of Supreme Court, Monroe County dated March 19, 2012,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of James Nobles, Esq. dated April 10, 2012 and April 12, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellant is directed to perfect the appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.7 on or before June 1, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent file and serve a brief pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.7 on or before July 2, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that any reply brief be filed and served on or before July 17, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal be placed on the term of this Court commencing on September 4, 2012.
