The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, Eric B. Weston, attorney registration number 26296 from the practice of law for a period of three years. Respondent was found guilty of attempted lewd act on a minor under the age of 14 in the State of California, constituting grounds for discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5(b) and Colo. RPC 8.4(b). Respondent was ordered to pay costs of the proceeding.
