Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Richard E. Werner (Attorney Registration No. 14730) for a period of sixty days, all stayed upon successful completion of a two-year probation, effective May 26, 2011. Werner failed to promptly inform his client of circumstances which required the client's informed consent, failed to keep his client reasonably informed about the status of a matter, and failed to comply with rules governing concurrent conflicts of interest among clients. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.4(a), 1.4(a)(3), and 1.7(a).
