An order of this Court entered on March 21, 2019 (M-6748) having granted defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about March 08, 2018 (Case No. 2019-1333), and assigning Janet E. Sabel, Esq., as predecessor to Twyla Carter, Esq. The Legal Aid Society, as counsel to prosecute said appeal; and

Assigned counsel in each case having moved in separate motions to be relieved as such counsel, or in the alternative, to dismiss the appeals without prejudice (Motion Nos. 2023-00974 and 2023-00975), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of deeming the appeals withdrawn.
