Order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 12, 1966 and made on reargument, reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law and the facts, and coram nobis application remitted to said court for a hearing limited to the merits of defendant's claim that he was mentally incapable of understanding the nature of the crime at the time of its commission ( People v. Buchanan, 17 A.D.2d 903). Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Rabin, Benjamin and Munder, JJ., concur.
