Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, rendered December 21, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief on or before December 17, 2021; and it is further, ORDERED that appellant may, if they be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 7 days from the service of the respondent's brief.
