PEOPLE v. WASHINGTON (DARNELL KEITH)
Extension of time granted
Good cause appearing therefor, in light of the fact that the combined clerk's and reporter's transcript exceeds 31,000 pages, the request of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Contra Costa County for a 45-day extension of time to complete the clerk's transcript on appeal is granted. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.616(d).)
The Clerk of the Superior Court of Contra Costa County is directed to complete the clerk's transcript on appeal on or before May 4, 2017, and to notify the Clerk of this court in writing as soon as the transcript is completed.
