On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court's order of October 20, 1999, is considered, and it is DENIED, because it does not appear that the order was entered erroneously.
Cavanagh and Kelly, JJ., would grant reconsideration and on reconsideration would reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeals and of the trial court, and would remand the matter for a new trial for the reasons given in the dissent from the October 20, 1999, order.
