Petitioner-appellant having moved for leave to be released on her own recognizance pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 5, 2017, which denied petitioner's habeas corpus petition seeking review of her detention status, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
