DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Suffolk County, both rendered September 8, 2022. Motion by assigned counsel for an order directing the appellant's trial counsel to turn over the appellant's file to assigned counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 10, 2024, the appellant's trial counsel is directed to turn over to assigned counsel all transcripts and contents of the original court file in her possession; and it is further, ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on the appellant's trial counsel.
