Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Court, rendered September 14, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Maroun G. Ajaka, Esq. dated November 11, 2015, the affidavit of Kemar A. Wallace sworn to November 23, 2015, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Donna A. Milling, Esq. dated November 23, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted to the extent that Maroun G. Ajaka, Esq. is hereby directed to file and serve the notice of appeal in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before January 8, 2016.
