ORDER

On order of the Court, the motions to amend the application and for immediate consideration are GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the September 16, 2021 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. After the prosecuting attorney filed its answer, defendant filed a supplemental authority, calling the Court's attention to People v Davis, 509 Mich. ___ (March 14, 2022) (Docket No. 161396). We DIRECT the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney to file a supplemental response addressing the applicability of Davis to this case within 28 days after the date of this order.

The application for leave to appeal and the remaining motions remain pending.
