Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgment of Ontario County Court, rendered July 24, 2015 and the judgment of Ontario County Court, rendered August 5, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Cara A. Waldman, Esq. dated May 25, 2018, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered July 24, 2015 and August 5, 2015, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
