Transferred to Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, after hold

Petitioner's Motion to Transfer to the Court of Appeal After Deciding People v. Renteria S266854 to Address the Effects of AB 333 or, in the Alternative, to Expand Issues on Review, filed January 20, 2022, is granted in part and denied in part as follows: The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Renteria (2022) 13 Cal.5th 951 and Assembly Bill No. 333 (Stats. 2021, ch. 699). (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).) The request to expand issues on review is denied.
