Opinion

Appeal from a judgment convicting defendant of the crime of assault in the second degree in violation of section 120.05 Penal of the Penal Law upon his plea of guilty. The court imposed a sentence of an indeterminate term of not more than three years imprisonment. Appellant's sole contention is that the punishment is excessive, but he specifies no reason why it should be considered excessive. Judgment affirmed. Herlihy, P.J., Reynolds, Staley, Jr., Cooke and Sweeney, JJ., concur.
