An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about April 11, 2019, And defendant, pro se, having moved for an order holding the appeal in abeyance pending the resolution in Supreme Court of his motion to vacate his conviction pursuant to Section 440.10(1) of the Criminal Procedure Law, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal to the January 2024 Term of this Court, with leave to seek further extensions, if necessary.
