Judgment of conviction of the Court of Special Sessions reversed and new trial ordered, on the ground that evidence was admitted improperly to show the commission of an offense other than that stated in the information, and furthermore that the guilt of the defendant was not established beyond a reasonable doubt. Jenks, P.J., Hirschberg, Thomas, Carr and Woodward, JJ., concurred.
