PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Supreme Court, Erie County, dated December 12, 2012, and the order of Supreme Court, Erie County dated October 1, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael J. Stachowski, Esq. sworn to June 23, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Donna A. Milling, Esq. dated June 29, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that appellant perfect the appeals on or before October 19, 2015, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
