An order of this Court having been entered on December 28, 2021 (Motion No. 2021-03999), denying defendant's renewed motion for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 18, 2011,
And Twyla Carter, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, assigned counsel for defendant, having moved for reargument of the aforesaid order of this Court, or, in the alternative, to be relieved as counsel on this appeal, for assignment of new counsel and a continuation of defendant's status as a poor person, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that reargument is granted, and, upon reargument, defendant's time to perfect the appeal is extended to the February 2024 Term of this Court.
