Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Francisco Tirado sworn to June 4, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the time to file and serve a pro se reply brief is extended to August 7, 2013,
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
