Judgment of conviction of the crime of conspiracy to violate section 974 of the Penal Law (keeping a place for game of policy), rendered against the appellant by the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Appeal from the sentence dismissed.
