Appellant having moved for reassignment of counsel on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Wayne County Court, rendered November 20, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Dante Taylor sworn to April 25, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Wendy Evans Lehmann, Esq. dated May 5, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
