People of Michigan v. Denzel Danagelo Tate

LC No. 19-006103-01-AR

Christopher P. Yates Presiding Judge Kathleen Jansen Deborah A. Servitto Judges

ORDER

It appears that the 36th District Court may have clarified its relevant factual findings in substantial compliance with the June 21,2023 order of the Michigan Supreme Court and our July 20,2023 order in this case in an oral ruling at an October 10, 2023 hearing. But the 36th District Court has not forwarded the clarified factual findings to this Court as required by our July 20, 2023 order. Thus, on our own motion, we DIRECT the 36th District Court to forward to this Court, within 28 days after the date of this order, a transcript of the October 10, 2023 district court hearing (if the required clarified factual findings were made orally at that hearing) or written clarified factual findings as to the credibility of the relevant testimony from a law-enforcement officer as directed by the June 21, 2023 order of the Michigan Supreme Court and our July 20, 2023 order.

We retain jurisdiction.
