DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered February 26, 2008, to include the transcript of proceedings on February 2, 2007, an order of protection dated February 7, 2007, an order of protection dated February 26, 2008, the presentence investigation report, and the indictment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcript of proceedings on February 2, 2007, and the orders of protection dated February 7, 2007, and February 26, 2008, respectively, are granted, and the appellant shall file copies of the transcript and orders of protection at the time that he files his brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the judgment roll to include the presentence investigation report and the indictment are denied as unnecessary.
