Orders of this Court having been entered on April 23, 2015 (M-343 and M-410) granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeals taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 03, 2014 (Case No. 2015-1795), and from a judgment, same court, rendered on or about December 03, 2014 (Case No. 2015-01267), and assigning Seymour W. James, Jr., Esq., predecessor to Twyla Carter, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, as counsel to prosecute both appeals; and assigned counsel having moved to be relieved as such counsel on both appeals, or in the alternative, to dismiss the appeals without prejudice, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of deeming the appeals withdrawn.
