Jerry Alan Swan appeals an order of the superior court denying his petition to seal and destroy adult arrest records (Pen. Code, § 851.8, subd. (c)) on the grounds that he was factually innocent of the charges filed, and later dismissed, by the People.
We appointed counsel to represent Swan on this appeal. After examination of the record, his counsel filed an opening brief requesting the court to make an independent review under People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.
On March 13, 2019, we sent a letter advising Swan that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished us to consider. He has not filed a supplemental brief or responded to that letter.
After examination of the record, we are satisfied that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende, supra, 25 Cal.3d at pp. 441, 443.)
The judgment is affirmed.
