ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to order transcript is GRANTED. Within 14 days after the date of this order appellant's counsel shall secure the filing with this Court of a copy of a court reporter's certificate as to the ordering of the transcript(s) of the jury selection in this case.
Further, this Court's June 22, 2022 order is VACATED. The time for filing appellant's brief under MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii) shall run from the date of filing in the trial court of the complete transcript(s) of the jury selection.
