PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Monroe County Court, dated October 28, 2019, and entered November 7, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before May 10, 2021, and no further extensions of time to perfect will be granted to appellant's present counsel absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
