A decision and order of this Court having been entered on January 31, 2008 (Appeal No. 2353), which unanimously reversed an order of the Supreme Court, New York County (William A. Wetzel, J.), entered on October 10, 2006, reinstated the indictment against defendant, and remanded the matter to Supreme Court for further proceedings,
And defendant-respondent having moved, in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, for a review of his claim of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and for related relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
