PRESENT:

Appellant having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5520 (a), for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal from a judgment (denominated order) of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orleans on August 13, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jessica Wells sworn to November 21, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to a motion for the same relief that includes, among other things, a copy of the notice of entry first served on the opposing party, along with a copy of any document that was enclosed therewith (see CPLR 5513 [a]).
