MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated June 30, 2021, assigned counsel, Jacob A. Vredenburgh, Esq., was granted an extension of time to perfect this appeal until September 20, 2021. The order noted that no further extensions would be granted absent an unanticipated excuse for the delay. Counsel has failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before September 26, 2022, Jacob A. Vredenburgh Esq., may be relieved of this assignment and new counsel assigned.

Garry, P.J., Egan Jr., Clark and Pritzker, JJ., concur.
