LC No. 2020-001145-FH

ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file Standard 4 brief is GRANTED. The Standard 4 brief submitted with the motion on November 14, 2022 is accepted for filing. Plaintiff-appellee may file a supplemental brief in response.

The in propria persona motion for oral argument submitted with the Standard 4 brief is DENIED. Defendant-appellant's counsel has preserved the right to present oral argument by the request made with the timely filing of the principal appellant's brief. Accordingly, this motion is considered as a request for defendant to present in propria persona oral argument in addition to his counsel's argument and that exceptional request is denied.
