Order

On order of the Court, the motions for miscellaneous relief and the motions to add issues are GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the March 14, 2014 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendanthas failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D). The motion to remand and the motion for an order compelling discovery and release of personal legal documents are DENIED.
