An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 27, 2021, and said appeal having been perfected, And the Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America having moved for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that movant is directed, within 15 days of the entry of this order, to serve a copy on all parties to the appeal, and to file with this Court, an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of said brief, in the form submitted with the moving papers, in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9.
