ORDER

Thomas C. Cameron Presiding Judge.

On its own motion, the Court orders the parties to submit supplemental briefs as to whether the requirement of corpus delecti was satisfied by the evidence presented at trial. Defendant-appellant shall file her supplemental brief on or before January 4, 2022, and plaintiff-appellee shall file its supplemental brief in response no later than January 7, 2022. The Court further orders that counsel for both parties appear for oral argument as scheduled regardless of whether they properly preserved the right to oral argument.
