ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals under docket no. and docket no. 2016-12186 are deemed withdrawn; and it is further, ORDERED that the parties shall submit corrected covers for the briefs, which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-12187 only, by uploading, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital replacement copies of the briefs which contain the corrected covers, on or before January 21, 2022.
