Order

On order of the Court, the motions for immediate consideration and for permission to file supplemental brief are GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the July 23, 2020 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D). The motion for appeal bond is DENIED. The motion to order entire records is DENIED as unnecessary, the trial court record having been obtained in the normal course.
