DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION (Index No. 17-0161)

Motion for reargument for assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for assignment of counsel is denied, without costs.

Appellant's time to perfect appeal is extended to December 24, 2018. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted absent an unanticipated excuse for the delay.
