Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from the judgments of Monroe County Court, rendered January 24, 2017 (KA 17-01118) and January 25, 2017 (KA 17-01131),

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Anthony Smith sworn to June 7, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Daniel Gross, Esq. dated June 23, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
