CONTEMPT, § 6when circulation of statements in courtroom did not constitute contempt of court. Where defendants were found guilty of direct contempt of court for circulation of statements in courtroom while case was being heard, such statements could not be basis for contempt judgment for reason that they did not tend to obstruct administration of justice since there was nothing in record to show that jury knew anything about contents of such statements and it could not be assumed that they would affect judge in trial of ease.
